Keep an eye out for several "pimp my ride" style VWs showing up in the Maisto G Ridez series.  In 1/64th scale they have several variations of a chopped top Oval Window Bug and a lowered Notchback.  They also have a 1:25th scale 21 Window Deluxe Ragtop Bus in several different color combinations.  There may be others out there, but these are the ones I've seen.  I ran across 4 of the Notchbacks at a Walgreens and 3 of the Buses at Wal-Mart.  I've heard that K-Mart may also have them.

I picked up the blue/silver bug and the gold/yellow bus on Thursday. They are cool!!!

Looked at wally world but as usuall you folks in the triangle must get all the VW stuff at that location.

:?: Is the "Copper" beetle the one with the gull doors on it?? I saw one like it on E-Bay for $10.99 plus $10.00 shipping. If it is the same one I will try to find it locally and save the shipping....
