Those came standard with a 1967 beetle when you bought them. See a couple each year at BAP. Kinda rare and hard to find in any condition above what your manager has.

I've had a bunch of those in the past and I think I've still got one or two. I used to bid on those and old spiral bound idiot books on eBay all the time. I'd bid low and usually get outbid, but I did pick up a quite few of each of them for 5 to 10 bucks. I haven't bid on any in several years, so I have no idea what they go for now.
