American Pickers

« on: February 09, 2011, 07:54:53 PM »
Did anyone catch the newest episode of American Pickers Monday night?  They were traveling through TN and picked up a couple of old Ford dealership signs for $4500.  At the end of the show they said since they were so close, they were going to swing by and see their buddy Corky would buy the signs.  They pull up in front of a brick building that I immediatly recognized . . . it was Coker Tire!  Their buddy Corky was Corky Coker.  They sold him the two signs for $6500.

that was filmed back in september during the coker challenge. I heard the pickers came throughand that Corky had bought some stuff. They sent out a post race video to wrap up the weekend and he said 'and the guys from American Pickers came by and I bought those s$*&s, ooopps I'm not supposed to say that til the show airs'. I had wondered what he bought that started and ended with an 's' and had to be bleeped out

Here's the clip on Facebook if you missed it on TV. You can also see Mack, Brian's old bus.

I like that old bus... looks to be in pretty good shape too! Saw a few episodes where they video'd him inside while driving it.
