Hydrogen systems actually work . . . but hydrogen can be dangerous stuff! A little hydrogen and spark = a powerfull explosion. The good news is, it's a clean explosion. When hydrogen burns, it creates water.
Joy's uncle installed a hydrogen generator on his Toyota pickup. He has an amp gauge on it . . . it draws about 15 amps when it's running. It bumped up his milage about 3-4 mpg. But, he forgot to turn it off when he turned his truck off one day and several minutes later he had a small exposion. It blew the cap off the water tank for the hydrogen system off and put a dent in his hood and busted a plastic box on his intake system (between the air flow sensor and intake manifold). I need to find him a relay and wire it in so it turns off with the switch before he blows the truck or himself up.
