just dont say a GEX type 4.... since thats what I'm running... lolOnly issue I have had with mine was it pulled out an exhaust stud out the first time I tightened the exhaust on to the head. (and no, I wasnt over tightening it)

^^^^ A VERY valid point. Stuff happens, I don't care who the company is. Does stink, though.
Well, it's not GEX...If it was I probably would have just said it in the first post as almost everyone has the low down on them already. This is a big company that has a pretty good name in the business, although they don't seem to be too worried about this...pretty much told the owner that they don't see a problem with the port in the picture . Oh well, I'll just end up shaving it down a little at a time until it's as close as I can get it then bolt it all together. I think the big picture here is that this is a warranty engine and they feel that they have done all that was required for this situation although the average hobbiest would not be able to finish this install without major problems.
