wheel balancing - for the wide-five

NO tire shop has these adapter plates any more, or if they do, I haven't found them yet. I started wondering if you can bring a brake drum in to bolt the wheel to and if that would fit the machine??? Anyone tried it? Heck, anyone got the adapter? One sold for $76 on eBay a while back. It would be a good tool for the club collection.

Have you tried Charlies Wholesale Tires in Cleveland? I think they can balance the wide 5 wheels.

coker tire downtown Chattanooga can do it.

Talked to a friend who manages the NTB in Hixson. Last time he checked, the Rossville Blvd location still had an adapter for the wide-5 wheels.

R&M Automotive repair on Hwy 58 in Ooltewah/Harrison has 1.

Total of $77 delivered! Nice item, I used it yesterday on my 65 and man what a difference balanced tires make!!

Monday is your day then. I'll do em cheaper on the 23rd, but for $8 a tire I'll balance them before and after that date!

I balanced mine the other day and MAN what a difference!!! I went home from the meet yesterday at 90+ mph on I-75 glassy smooth.

We will be open 6 days a week starting Monday the 4th. Our hours will be 7-6 Monday-Friday and 8-5 on Saturday.
