Zen,  I started reading but got so tired,   I'll try again later.   bla bla something about fire bla bla ....   I need a fuel cutoff,  maybe I'll splice into that fuel line on the passenger floor.,  What is the deal with  that carb fuel inlet tube?  That comes out so easy.  you would think it would leak a little gas.  I'm going to hook a spring to the fuel hose clamp and the carb to hold it on.   You see.. I'm a thinker!.

I sure would like to run the gas in the tube in the center channel but I need to call  roto-vw-rooter.

No roto rooter, use a long speedo cable, a drill, carb cleaner and lotsa time and you'll get it.

I saved a  speedo cable but I lost it,  I was using weedwacker line and my fingers ...after  a while my hands felt like a 100 years old.  So I did what I do most often.  I quit and tried plan B
