I was just reading an article online ( http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/andyspatch/rust.htm) about using electrolysis to remove rust. I'm not very well versed in the sciences but I assume that to do this the object has to be immersed in a "solution." Has anyone ever heard of this done on a larger scale for say a... Volkswagen?! Probably cost prohibitive not to mention trying to find a tank big enough to dunk the VW. Anyone got a swimming pool?  :lol:
I've also heard about an "acid bath" but I'm not having a lot of look in surfing to find info on it to find out more about it. Anyone?
