threads are fixed, i jut got the car yesterday, it stalled twice on the way back to the house. I don't really know that much about it. the guy pulled the tach out when I got it, said it was a birthday pressent from his wife and he couldn't get rid of it. I do have one to put back in though.

car is starting now and idling, no stalling. I think it was a wiring issue. I dunno for sure if it's missing or not and think the carbs do need adjusting. Anyone on here familiar with these motors and willing to come give me a little advice in person after they listen to it?

I think the very first I would do is to find out just what this engine has inside. Big cam, big bore, stroker crank etc, etc. I already know what I would do with it.

Are you selling this already? I see on Craigslist where it's listed at $2500..and also posted on the 16th for $4500. It's listed as a 64 on the add posted on the 16th and a 62 on the add posted on the 23rd. It has big window doors and 4 lug wheels ??? Does it have a ball joint beam or link pin, swing axle trans or IRS? The vin number from the pan or body? Bill of sale in TN=tough to register, tough to sell.

Looks like it was also listed on 9-2. It was listed as a 64 then, also had some specifics on the engine. 1835, Dellorto carbs, CB 044 heads, Engel 120 cam.

Just found it odd that a new member of the forum just bought a car the day before posting,a car that now has been for sale by 3 different people in 20 days, knows NOTHING about it, lists it for sale a few days after buying it at a $2000 loss from the original ad, didn't post it F.S. here, can't seem to say what year it really is and it has no title. ??? It sounds sketchy.
It could be completely legit...just sayin...
