I had a great car weekend this one. I finally got around to lowering the front end of my Fastback and wanted to show it off (her official debut will be in 2 weeks at BP4).
A Type 3 is one of the easier VW's to lower, however I have run into some discrepencies as to the exact method and I'll be doing a full writeup on our Tech Section at
www.tech.vwherb.com shortly. Unfortunately the instructions I used had an error and my car is now a little too low, although I like the way it looks, it's not really practicle to leave it here so I'll be jacking it back up about half way between the original setting and this one before my trip.
