Part name question ?

Does anyone know the name of the little pin thingy that holds on the gas pedal. I was reseting my carpet when i noticed that the pedal was off squew to the left and would not go back straight. I found that the pin was pulled out half way and bent so i had to pull it out broken. any one know the name of it so i can get one. Can not really drive it well with out the pedal. Thaks for any information..........

mid america motorworks has a little kit called an accelerator pedal repiar kit that should have that pin, retaining clip, and spring in it.
don't have one of their catalogs in front of me at the moment, but i know i've seen them in there.
