I have a 2003 TDI New Beetle, and its got over 80,000 miles on it. im looking to get the intake on it cleaned. i have heard many horror storries, and id rather have it cleaned now than wait for something to happen. dont know if anyone on here has done it before, but im either looking for someone who can help me do it, or give me a good deal!  

Also im planning on swapping out my Injector nozzels any experince in that area would be helpful too.

whole diffrent question. in the last 12 hours my car has had a hard time starting. i havnt done anything to it yet, but maybe someone can help me out.  it has only happened while i let it set for short periods after running. maybe 5-10 minutes between turn off, and restarting. to get it started again i have to hold the gas peddel down. what do you think? fuel filter, pump, or maybe even electronics (has a history of electonic issues, alt was putting out tomuch voltage)...  it has less than 10,000 miles on a new Alt., Battery, Turbo and valve, glow plugs and the wiring harness.

maybe someone can help. still under warranty so ill try and get it in for a check up soon.

ill call the dealership tomorrow, and see if i can talk to him about it.  if its a warranty issue ill take it to them, but other wise ill keep my bug away from them, maybe take it to knoxville to a TDI guru...
