Well I'm crying now, I just burnt up one of those new fangled ignition thingys that replace the points and all. I've been doin some work on the engine and during the process my handy labels on the wires are un readable. I have a diagram but the 15 thing on the coil doesn't help me much . is that the positive or negative side? Any ways I have 2 wires on the left side one is green and the other black one goes to the coil maybe one doesn't? Oh hell I give up. I have the oil sensor to wire and the choke on the carb as well. Who's bored as hell and wants to come to East Ridge on Tuesday? Probably will require a trip to mainly foreign for parts for the stuff I ruined. Anyways I really need help wiring this thing up and timing it to get it on the road. So please someone HELP ME! I'll buy lunch,beer, pay you in cash whatever. I'll be home Tuesday all day Maybe monday not sure.

I figured most of it out . Too late but I think I got it.I grounded out the ignition so that'll do it. The only thing that burnt was the compfire thing in the distributor. I figured out the wires , black  goes to +side of coil that turns out to be the terminal 15 that confused me the green wire goes to the oil sensor and the choke goes on the +side of the coil as well. I don't know why I thought anything went on the - side of the coil other than the black wire on that compfire deal. I have the rear tin coming on fedex today and then I can permanatly mount the crank pulley. I'll go to mainly foreign and get a new part . Afterwards all that would be left to do is have you recheck my wiring job and time this sucker. I'm not gonna crank it again until I'm sure. I should be ready by tuesday morning to let you check it out. I'll call you today in an hour or so to work out the details. Thanks a ton! Maybe if we get it going I can have Zen cut me an extra key for Friday so I can drive around with no door handles. haha!

I gave it a couple of tries but am still havin trouble with it. I cant tell if the distributer is fully seated ,it seems like it and then a second later it's not.
I don't wont to go fryin stuff again it's gettin pricey. You up for a trip sometime tommorrow? I'd feel better about getting some professional help I think somebody cut down my damn shade tree! Let me know if you feel like messin with it I'm usually free by 9a.m.

funny thought: Us army retired ,we do more by 9a.m. than most bums do by 10? Ok that joke sucks But I could probably match a bums schedule until school starts next semester.
