What you do is have a" palm up" inspection of the owners hands to detect any traces of scaring and bits of colored insulation burned into the skin. Then and then only will you have your culbrit. Then ask them to their face if they were the person who commited this foul deed. If they answered NO and licked their lips at the same time, They are lying. :lol: :lol:
