New guy here, first post.

I did a search and found the site. Looks like you guys have a lot of fun. I live in Cincinnati myself and currently do not own a VW (yet). I did have a '74 Super Beetle for a spell. It was a basket case that I started and never did get finished.    

Now I'm getting the "bug" again to pick one up and tinker around over the winter. I was wondering if any of you had any experience with turbochargers on the air-cooled pieces. A while back when I had mine I seen a few articles on them and it seems rather appealing. I seen a drag bug at the local track with a turbo set-up making 9 second passes!  :p

My ideal ride would be a late 60's early '70's 'vert so if you know of one I could pick up for a decent price, let me know! Thanks!
