Be careful what you ask for. A collection of Dasher parts is like having the "Inlaws" over. Once they get there,you can't get rid of them. "Gloom,Despair,Agony on you" 

Ok can a fuel pump like the original style go bad from sitting a long time ? Does the diaphragm dry out?

Yup. And if you buy another one, make sure you know if you have an alternator one or a generator one (and the associated pushrod). it has to do with how far over it is tilted and the push rod length. The more tilted version allows you to remove the fuel pump with the alternator because the alternator had a large diameter right over the fuel pump. If you run the longer generator push rod, it can destroy your new alternator fuel pump. JUST FYI
