Hey im getting the fender bolts for the rear cleaned up........and they have marking on the head of them that says (VERBUS) 5.6 what does that word translate to in English?

The 5.6 is the grade of the material its made of I guess. Not sure if its the same rating as S.A.E. in the USA but it will hold your fender on
