I always found the best way to install a type 4 heater box was with the engine out of the bus, and on a stand, and flipped over so that you could let the weight work for you, not against. 
A stand is good thing, but,but you keep your feet out from under the "bouncing" stand as you beat and pry the boxes off. Scary
Very true... those t4 engines are a tad heavier than a bug engine.
It becomes very clear what the value of a "tad" is when that thing lands on your toe. Yikes !!!!!!!. It will teach you a new language that even the "Rosetta Stone" doesn't know
