How much oil ? If you can see spewing, Ck the crankcase vents at the oil filler spout. One comes out the top and should go to the air cleaner and you may or may not have a tube from the spout down through the engine tin. Both of these need to be open. You could check inside the filler and make sure it farely clean. Overfilled with oil ? It seems that a fair amount of Bugs do this.
