Dim light fix

« on: February 09, 2008, 05:10:56 PM »
So long story short I got a ticket for improper lighting on the Ghia. Yes its facotry no they dont care.
So if you want to avoid that problem Go to advanced they sale a halogen light that works good and they also have the big led tail lights. Now technacly it is now improper lighting. But it keeps the man happy to be blinded by my brake lights. Do not use the halogens for tail lights just the brake light they get hot. Enjoy!!

Its a Ghia and like most old VWs check for bad grounds, fuse panel , tired light switch, rusty and nasty reflectors in the bulb holders. Been there done that.

Thats find I noticed when I hit the brakes the bumper ridin folks tend to back off now because they are temporarily blinded.
