If you've seen the milage motor in good ole Hot Vw's then you saw the pulley they used.It got me thinkin so I ordered one along with the nice billet generator pulley they make. Both pieces are well made and both are balanced. The crank pulley is a heavy booger and a tight fit had to heat it to slip it on. After I got it on and strated it up I noticed alot of small vibrations in my bug were gone, thats'gotta be a good thing.I also noticed the belt doesnt strech out hardley at all when you rev it up,another good thing.

If you get bored and want to ditch the crappy empi pulley and need one with degree markings I sugest this one.Every bit as nice as a Berg pulley half the dough.
CB's behind a bit so just get ground shipping if you order from them.

I can't say enough good things about them, friendly folks, over the phone advice and instructions if needed. There's somethin to be said about a bigger company that hand signs your order sheet and spec sheets.

Anyways,it was about the most plesent buying I've done in awhile.I've ordered most of my recent stuff from them and all of it is top notch,I'll never go back to the hong kong phuey stuff.

Dang Joe !    If only it ran as good as it looks, sigh.  It does kinda look like a Chinese House of Questionable Recreation under there. When are you going to clean it up and put things right ?

     Hows the back ?

Hows that pulley system working for ya? Looks pretty nice. Not a huge fan of the ole chrome treatment but eh to each his own. Still looks nice.

I put the pulley system on 2 hours before heading to Effingham. So it's got about 10 hours on it so far. Works great, no more wondering if you have too many or not enough shims between your pulley, and thinking, do I really want to pull the front half and try it with another shim?
