Well the new relay is here, and oddly enough when I plug it in I can't switch high/low beams, the switch on the steering column makes no 'click'. Trade it out for Rick's relay and it works perfectly. I emailed CIP to see if maybe I just got a bum relay.

in that case the price just went up on mine...
Just kidding, dude.

Double check the pin arrangement on the new vs. old relay.  Make sure they didn't make a boo-boo with the new part number interchange.  Stuff happens.
Also, sometimes a new relay/ one that's messin' up might stick so tap on it while you're using the switch to see if it starts working.

Well the diagrams look the same to me, but here they are side by side in case you see something I don't. The pinouts are indeed the same. I tapped it while it was plugged in and still no switching.

At the very least, my old relay still works, I just cleaned off the rusty contacts so I can return yours probably tomorrow since I'll be coming up to get my battery cover too.
