Anybody know who might sell a bracket to mount a new style rotary air conditioner compressor to a type 1 engine with a "Porsche style" engine cooling system and dual carbs?

This place may have what you need . . . They don't show individual parts on their web site, so you'll have to contact them to see if they have what you are looking for. --

Thanks for the tip. I also found that Ed at Gilmore enterprises in Clearwater, FL can fabricate what I need. I just need to come up with $1.4k to pay for the components.
