Volks Folks Christmas Party
For our December club meeting, we will once again have our annual Christmas Party on Monday, December 19th. This year, we will meet at Wally's at 6:30 PM for dinner and fun.
If you plan to attend, please bring a wrapped unmarked gift (limit $10). We will exchange them in a "Chinese Auction" style. If you are bringing a child, please be sure to bring an age appropriate gift for exchange.
Share Your Christmas Food Drive
As part of our yearly Volks Folks tradition, we will be participating in the WRCB 25th Annual Share Your Christmas Food Drive on Friday, December 9th.
We will meet around 5:30-5:45 PM in the parking lot of Honest Charley's Speed Shop and then cruise to the First Tennessee Pavilion together. We will arrive at the Pavilion at 6:00 and are scheduled to go on the air between 6:05 and 6:15.
After driving through, we will cruise to Blacksmith's Bistro and Grill in St. Elmo for dinner.
November Volks Folks Meeting
The next monthly meeting of the Scenic City Volks Folks will be held on Monday, November 21st. Doors open at 6:00 PM and the meeting will start at 7PM sharp. We meet at Wally's Restaurant on Ringgold Road in East Ridge. Visitors are always welcome!
November Volks Folks Cruise-In
Join us on Friday, November 4th at the Sonic Drive-In on East Brainerd Road for our November Cruise In. Bring a chair or two and hang out with us, we will meet at 7:00 PM.
If it's too cold to sit outside, we will move inside to the KFC next door. Everyone is welcome!
Oktoberfest
Coming up is a big weekend of Oktobefest celebrations!
On Friday, October 21st, join us for Oktoberfest at Village VW from 6 to 9 PM. Village Volkswagen is located at 6001 International Drive. Food and drink will be served, and live music will be played. You will also have the opportunity to see some of VW's newest models, including the Chattanooga-built Passat and the 2012 Beetle.
Then on Saturday and Sunday, we'll be at Oktoberfest at the Chattanooga Market with some cars on display in and around the Pavilion.
Come celebrate Fall with some good food and drink and enjoy the Oktoberfest celebrations with us!
