While I don't want to spend the bucks for Brembo brakes, It's about time to replace the stock units.... Any suggestions?

Unless you are upgrading other stuff I would go factory, mintex seems to

Drilled and slotted rotors are nice but unless you expect a lot of heavy braking in your future buy a nice set of hawk or ebc pads and flush your brake lines w fresh fluid and you will be pleasantly surprised.
