Looks good.  The big problem with the 5 cylinders that I dealt with was the cooling fans - there's several relays that control them instead of a fan control module like the later ones.  Other than that, the 2.5 was a pretty good engine.  Just remember to change the timing belt.

You should have snapped a pic before you washed the nose off...  Tongue   Cheesy Cheesy

I still can't believe you got it going that quick.  Good deal on that ride for sure!   Grin

It was pretty nasty,  has a wicked wobble going down the road,  I know the tires might be flat spotted but they are almost new and not dry rotted,  performing a fuel line recall,  checking out the axles and front end for issues,  changing the fluids etc

For me the deal was oil filters stuck, cracked alum. oil pans and having to just about tear the front end off to change spark plugs and replacing shift linkage on 5 speed trannys(next to impossible) And the worse knowing it was kin to a Audi 5000.

Meant to tell you when you told me about that,Travis... it could have been worse...
Jut think if it came loose while you were trying to stop (or worse yet, when you weren't planning on stopping at all).... Lock-up City...  Shocked

And, funny story... years ago, I had an installer rotating tires on a Ford E350 van.  He pulled one of the rear wheels off, and the face of the drum fell off in the floor.  It had cracked all the way around the outer diameter...  Cheesy

Like I said, could have been worse.   Grin

14's or 15's?
I need a spare for Kermit (14").
Heck, if they are 14's I'll use them to move bad cop around, let me know...
