Let me know when and where, I'd like to drive the '63. I don't run more than 65MPH in it though, gotta get a tach, the engine seems to rev higher with the 6Volt Trans in there... KC |

I'm planning on bringing my A/C setup so I'll definitely need power. I'm planning on leaving here at noon on Friday, so hopefully I'll be able to get there early enough.

For those of you that want to cruise down on Saturday morning, let's meet at the Wal-Mart in Tiftonia at 8:00 am. That will put us at the show around 8 am central time.

I'm getting really stoked for Stevenson this weekend! ...Almost There... However, I still feel like a noob when it comes to all these festivals. So far this thread has been very helpful, but I have one question. From what some of you posted it seems that there will be electricity available. I just wanted to confirm this. Will there be electricity hook ups in the camp site area at Stevenson?

There is power out there but it is limited. That's why I'm going to try and leave early Friday so I can get a good spot nearby. And I'm bringing some long drop cords. Alan said he'll be there early to work on the poles and hopefully get more working.

Its kinda of like the "back 40" of the camp ground. Its a large field with a roadway through it down to a boat ramp or something. It has a few power poles throughout that have outlets on them, but its pretty scarce. Bring an extension cord and a splitter if you want to share...
google City Park Rd, Stevenson, AL and its the field to the left with the dirt track in it. The bathrooms/bath house is at the L shaped pool. Some of the club likes to park on the left side directly north of the dirt track. Others like to camp amongst the trees on the right side (north of the road to the bath house).
