Christmas Ornaments - Really Neat Collectibles

Lamar and I found really cute 70's style peace bus ornaments at the Accent Mark in Cleveland on Broad St. today.  They are by Department 56, a company which produces collectible Christmas ornaments and decorations.  They had 3-4 left.  We bought the last green one.  I think they are $28.95 and  they can order more green ones if several people want them.
Anyway, they didn't have them at the other store on Ocoee St. yesterday but they had the older beetle bug style is several colors.  Call if you need directions to their store.

the owners (the Accent Mark) are Brigitte(daughter) & Bobbie(mother).

they are very nice people. Brigitte was my first  :inlove: "girl-friend"(term used loosely) when i came to cleveland about 20 years ago. they lived next door. she was 2 years older than me and i did "have it bad" for her. she was homecoming queen, and all the other superlatives that come with being a long, lean & extremely beautiful high school girl. a real "tall, cool drink of water".

Brigitte is now married to Senator Jeff Miller(Attorney) and they have 2 kids(i think 2).

like i said... very nice family. very fond memories. tell them i said hi. :thumbs-up:

ps: this would definitely be in the "First Car or First Girl-Friend" thread, if she had been my first & not just my first for cleveland.
